Parking Terms of Use

By entering and using this self-park parking lot (the "Lot"), you ("User") agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully.
- Agreement to Terms
By parking your vehicle in this Lot, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use, which are legally binding. If you do not agree, do not use the Lot.
- Parking Authorization
- Parking in this Lot is permitted only for users who have paid in advance for a designated parking period via authorized methods once you are on site at the parking lot.
- Each paid session specifies your intended time for start of use of the Lot and date of expected departure time from the Lot.
- Time Limit Enforcement
- You must depart no later than the end of your paid time, or pay for additional time through another transaction via authorized methods.
- If you overstay your scheduled time, your vehicle is subject to immediate towing or booting at your expense and risk.
- Towing and Booting Policy
- Vehicles may be towed or immobilized (booted) without additional notice if:
- You exceed your paid parking duration.
- You are parked in a non-designated, reserved, or unauthorized spot.
- Towing and booting will be performed by an authorized third-party company or our company. You will be responsible for all costs, including towing, boot removal, storage fees, and any applicable fines.
- Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
- This Lot is park-at-your-own-risk. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss to your vehicle or its contents.
- You agree to hold harmless the Lot owner/operator from any and all claims or damages resulting from towing, booting, or use of the Lot.
- Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse parking or to remove any vehicle at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for safety/security concerns.
- Disputes
Any disputes regarding towing, fees, or usage must be directed to the contact provided on posted signage or your parking confirmation.
- No Refund Policy – Self-Parking Lot
- All Sales Are Final: Payments made for parking are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to early departure, inclement weather, or user error (e.g., incorrect license plate entry, wrong date/time selection).
- No Refunds for Towing or Booting: Vehicles that violate posted rules, overstay time limits, or are improperly parked may be towed or booted at the owner’s expense. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Reservation Changes: Parking reservations are made at time of use of service and may not be modified or canceled once submitted. Please verify all details before completing your transaction.
- Service Interruptions: No refunds will be issued due to temporary lot closures, access limitations, or other disruptions beyond our control.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Lot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
